Functions of the Advisory Board
- The Education Advisory Board shall advise the Minister on matter-
a) Connected with education as it thinks fit;
b) Respecting the performance of any of the Minister’s responsibilities or the exercise of the Minister’s power under this Act as the Minister refers to it.
c) Relating to the promotion of education as the Minister refers to it.
2. Any advice given to the Minister, whether accepted by the Minister or not, shall be deemed confidential and so held to be by each member of the Education Advisory Board.
The Education advisory Board shall be subjected to the guidelines of the Education Act 2008.
