MRS.  ROSA  GREENAWAY

Permanent  Secretary

Mrs. Rosa Greenaway is the Acting Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. She has over thirty years in the Public Sector and has spent most of her years in the Human Resource Department.

She holds an Associate Degree in Public Administration from the University of the West Indies and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resource Management from the Monroe College.

Mrs. Greenaway has attended many training workshops in the management and leadership development.  She is presently pursuing her Masters in Human Resource Management and Training with the University of Leicester, which she hopes to complete in January, 2016.
